KA Knitting Needles are made by Kinki Amibari. Kinki Amibari was founded in 1916, and is the oldest manufacturer of bamboo knitting needles in Japan. KA premium knitting needles are made from select Japanese bamboo giving them a lightweight and warm feeling. There are more than 500 kinds of bamboos in Japan. KA uses only two kinds of the finest, aged bamboo, which are superior in density, flexibility, color and gloss
We are very impressed with KA products, these needles are nice and are a joy to knit with! KA knitting needles are very smooth, lightweight and have nice points. The circular needles have a flexible cable, with a swivel bearing so the cords never twist. The joins are flawless, with a very smooth transition from cord to needle. Also appealing, is the reasonable price of these needles. The double points sets have five needles per set.
