Schaefer Anne
“Anne” is a blend of wool, mohair and nylon. It is hand dyed in small batches in New York. This yarn is very soft and long wearing. The mohair content makes for a very “cushy” sock or garment. It comes in several vibrant assorted one-of-a-kind colors. We have asked the artisans at Schaefer yarn to dye Anne in tones similar to the color-way pictured here. We could not have been more pleased, as the colors match perfectly. We carry a lot of hand dyed yarns, and feel that Schaefer yarns are a step above the rest. The yarn is breathtaking! One skein makes an average sized pair of women’s socks.
